I absolutely LOVE my SwiftDry DandyLine!!! The sight of my ugly dilapidated clothesline had been upsetting me for years. And yet, search as I might, I was never happy with any of the rotary clotheslines on the market plus they were far too large in circumference for my sweet little garden. Finally, after listening to my mutterings, a work colleague called out across the room and introduced me to a photo of her SwiftDry DandyLine. A cloak of relief enveloped me. Finally a simple, strong and stylish clothesline that would blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment of my garden. Made in New Zealand and very competitively priced. The SwiftDry team were brilliant from start to finish. A+++ Now all my friends want one! The only problem is, I love my clothesline so much, more washing, hanging out and bringing in is happily completed thus creating a bottleneck in the folding and putting away of dry clothes!! “I had to replace my previous retractable clothesline as the spring for rewinding had failed. The lines were still fine, there was still full tension to hold a big load of washing, but to retract, it needed to be slowly wound in by hand. This was only a little bit disappointing as the device had been there, in the full sun, for at least 25 years. The replacement Austral, had the same location wall fittings - the bolts the same distance apart- and the same size arm holder - so fitting was a breeze. No drilling into a concrete wall or messing about on the fence. So although there were no identifying marks on the old one I think it was the same brand. If the new one lasts as long as the old one I'll be well over 90 before I need to replace it. Great product. ”

Brought and installed a new Swift line, very impressed with the design and locking mechanisim. Very sturdy and more robust than others we considered. Also the use of rubber sleeves over the bare ends that slot into the from cross bar very clever and should prevent rusting.

Fits perfectly down the side of the house , Solid and well built im so pleased I got a swiftdry , a bit more expensive but worth every cent and being NZ made its a clear winner , Customer service fantastic , Thanks Ben and the swiftdry team .Helen R

I received a SwiftDry Microfibre drying cloth as a gift with my SwiftDry clothes line which I’ve already reviewed. It’s fantastic. Didn’t realise till I spoke to SwiftDry that I could buy one wide enough to take my King size sheets. It’s so well made too! We love it. Anyway the clothes are fantastic. Have now bought 6 more and will continue to buy more as needed. Fantastic absorbancy and leaves streak free. Fantastic for my stone bench. Quick easy and great result every time. Wipe over with warm water and use the swiftdry cloth to dry/buff. Love it!!!

These pegs grip really well on both the clothes line and on racks. Easy to use with arthritic hands.
