Shipping
We ship daily across New Zealand using Castle Parcels for smaller items, PBT for long items, and Owens for pallet size orders
All in stock and standard orders will be shipped the same or next day following order/payment. We aim to send stocked items within 1 business day of receiving payment. If there is a delay we will let you know at earliest convenience
Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page. We keep shipping costs as low as possible and in line with our carrier's costs as much as possible. Because of the shape, size, and weights of items, charges are calculated per item so combined shipping is not applicable as it does not generally save on our freight costs.
Everything is tracked, and tracking details sent to customer email once dispatched.
*Any free shipping promotions are limited to standard urban and some rural deliveries, we will contact you regarding any extra charges to locations such Waiheke Island or areas that will incur higher than usual freight costs where we may arrange with you to collect from your nearest depot*
Warranty
SwiftDry Clotheslines NZ is offering a 30 Year Structural Warranty on SwiftDry Products against breakage due to rust. Other branded products come with their own warranty, which can be found on product pages or included with the product.
Warranty will not cover in the case of misuse or excessive overexposure to salt water/spray, placing large objects or items other than general washing on the wires, causing damage to wires or hardware.
SwiftDry Clotheslines NZ will pay all shipping fees associated with genuine warranty claims, should shipping be necessary.
All modifications on products, unless approved and authorized by SwiftDry Clotheslines NZ Ltd will automatically invalidate the warranties.
100 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with the product, we will refund your money provided the product is returned to us in as new condition within 100 days of receipt, and the following conditions are met.
-Items must be in original packaging
-Items must not have been changed or modified since receiving
-Guarantee does not apply to customised orders
-Return freight cost is not covered by SwiftDry
GST
All our website product page prices include GST, and a receipt will be provided with each sale. (trade quotes and pricing excluded)
Credit Card Payments
Our website uses SSL, does not store credit card details (unless card owner gives consent for future purchases), and all payments are handled by a secure, PCI compliant, third party.
