Refund policy

SwiftDry Clotheslines has a 100-day refund policy (items will incur a 15% restocking fee beyond 100 days)

If you weren't absolutely delighted with the product we insist that you tell us and we will refund your money back provided below conditions are met

If you purchased an item on clearance or not at full price, we do not accept returns.

If the Product is in original, new condition and packaging we will refund in full provided the goods are sent back to SwiftDry Clotheslines at 15 Bowmaker Crescent, Woodend, Christchurch 7610

Please make contact via phone 0800 33 44 55 or email admin@swiftdry.co.nz before sending products back for a refund so we can prepare a credit and look out for the returning item(s)
