our story
It all began with a family of innovative kiwi's in the coastal town of Oamaru, Otago.
Making all sorts of things from chook houses & go-carts to outdoor furniture, the brothers were a creative bunch.
In 2011, while helping a neighbour who needed a replacement for their broken clothesline, plans began to hatch, and the first clothesline prototype was built by their Father, John.
After realising the need for quality clothesline products to stand the test of time, William and his Father took their creations to a new level - with a mission to make clotheslines much smarter, and stronger!
In his spare time, William would spend hours designing and building clotheslines for family and friends, until in 2016, SwiftForm Products LTD was established, trading as SwiftDry Clotheslines NZ.
More than a decade and thousands of clotheslines later, the company has grown. We’re now a team of 9 clothesline enthusiasts, based in North Canterbury, New Zealand.
A huge thanks for your support & we look forward to an exciting future bringing more great products to you.

Cheers, The SwiftDry Team.
